These terms apply when you use our website, send an enquiry or request a quotation from SIVAL Aluminium Systems Ltd, 1 Beauclerk Drive, Nottingham NG5 9BA. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

• Quotations are free and without obligation, and remain valid for 60 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• Quotations are prepared from the sizes, drawings and information you provide. Final prices are confirmed after a site survey by us or an approved partner, when exact dimensions and site conditions are known.
• Where installation is included, it is carried out by an approved independent SIVAL partner under their own contract with you, backed by an insurance-backed workmanship guarantee. We will always tell you who your installing partner is before you commit.
• An order exists only when you accept a written quotation and we (or the installing partner) confirm it in writing.

We take care to keep product descriptions, specifications and performance figures accurate and up to date. Figures such as thermal transmittance (U-values), acoustic reduction and weather classes are derived from standardised testing and depend on configuration, size and glazing — the tested values for your exact specification are stated on your quotation, which takes precedence over general website content.

Colours and finishes shown on screen are indicative; always confirm from a physical sample before ordering.

SIVAL systems carry the following guarantees from the date of supply, subject to correct installation and the care guidelines we publish:

• Profiles: lifetime structural warranty against manufacturing defects;
• Powder-coated and anodised finishes: up to 25 years;
• Hardware: 10 years of normal domestic use;
• Sealed glazed units: 10 years against internal misting.

Guarantees are transferable to subsequent owners of the property. Installation workmanship is guaranteed separately by the installing partner. Full guarantee terms are provided with your order confirmation.

You can create a free account to track your quotation requests and enquiries. Keep your password confidential and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms or for abusive or fraudulent activity.

• The content of this site (text, photography, drawings and the SIVAL name and logo) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reuse it commercially without permission.
• Website content is general information, not project-specific advice; always rely on your written quotation and survey.
• We may suspend or update the site at any time. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you used the site or requested a quotation, or for business losses where you use the site as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there). If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies.
