How we make our website usable for everyone, what we know still needs work, and how to get help.

1.Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to find information, request quotations and contact us through our website, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and to make reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010 both online and at our showroom.

2.What we have done

  • Pages use clear headings, landmarks and a “skip to content” link, so they work well with screen readers.
  • Everything can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Forms have visible labels, explain what is required, and show clear error messages with a summary at the top.
  • Text and interactive elements are designed to meet colour-contrast requirements, and text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
  • Pages adapt to small screens and portrait or landscape orientation.
  • Animations are reduced or switched off if you have asked your device to reduce motion.
  • Meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.

3.Known limitations

We know some parts of the website may not be fully accessible yet:

  • The Google Map on our contact page is provided by Google and may be difficult to use with assistive technology. Our address and directions are also given as text.
  • Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA) is provided by a third party whose accessibility we do not control.
  • Some older articles and images may lack full text alternatives, and some technical documents may not be fully accessible.
  • Date pickers look and behave differently between browsers; you can type dates directly.

We are working to fix these issues. If any of them affects you, please contact us and we will help another way.

4.Alternative formats and other ways to reach us

If you need information from this website in a different format — such as large print, easy read or an audio recording — or would prefer to request a quotation or complete forms another way, please contact us:

We can take quotation requests by phone, send documents by email, and talk specifications through with you in person at our showroom. We will consider your request and aim to reply within 5 working days.

5.Access at the showroom

Please tell us about any access needs before you visit our Nottingham premises and we will do our best to help — contact us in advance and we can advise on access and parking arrangements for your visit.

6.Reporting accessibility problems

If you find a problem not listed on this page, or think we are not meeting accessibility requirements, contact us by phone or email with the web address of the page and a description of the problem. We will reply within 5 working days.

7.If you are not happy with our response

If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) on 0808 800 0082 or at equalityadvisoryservice.com.

8.Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 15 September 2026, based on a self-assessment carried out while the website was being rebuilt against WCAG 2.2 AA. We test key journeys — quote requests and contact forms — with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation, and review this statement at least once a year.
